Some of the following treatments are available as elements of parties and events or as a gift for hosts of home parties. The therapies I offer are holistic and adaptable. They are designed to help you heal yourself and are affective for body, mind and soul. Some treatments are not suitable for pregnant women or those with certain health conditions. No treatment shall ever be given without a full consultation. Where-ever I feel expertise not within my field are required I do not hesitate to recommend reputable therapists or medical practitioners. Where possible therapies can be adapted, though I reserve the right not to give a treatment I feel would be inappropriate. All treatment times are approximate.


Whispering Stones:

Crystals have a wonderful way of helping attune our energies. They can help us elevate the frequency of our spiritual vibrations and alleviate pains and discord, physical, emotional and mental. They can help heal invisible scars and energise us to move forward in our lives and loves. I offer a range of therapies using crystals from chakra rebalancing to a whispering stone treatment with the added soothing benefits of heat and cold. Please contact me to discuss your needs. My Crown and Core therapies are inspired by the ancient Indian ritual of shirodhara, hot stone massage as well as other ayurvedic and qabballistic principles. These therapies concentrate on balancing the energies of head and heart; harmonising mind, body and the emotive self. If our hearts and minds are open and working together the world is our flower bed and each of us can be sovereign of our destiny. Deeply calming and centring, such therapies are said to bring clarity and insights and ward of memory loss. They may also help with the resolution of inner conflict.


Five Elements Balancing Therapy:

Working sensually with the five elements of earth, air, fire, water and consciousness, ‘Five Elements’ uses specially selected smooth crystals, gently warmed and cooled in herbal steams and fresh water and placed upon meridians of your body. This enables gentle, effective removal of energy blockages and recharges the system. A continuous, calming trickle of warm herbal water or oil is applied to the forehead, opening your crown before flowing soothingly through your hair. A gentle salted oil foot massage and bath completes the process. (Allow 1hr, £35)


Sea-gold Heart Spa:

Focusing on the heart, head, feet and hands ‘Heart Spa’ uses marigold infused oils and quartz crystals to open up and balance energies. Warm marigold and olive oil is poured gently onto your crown while your heart embraces quartz crystals. Hands and feet are massaged, helping your body and soul to reconnect and align energies. Softening sacred oils anoint you and subtle scents envelope you while the powers of head and heart and the inner honours of giving and receiving are helped to find equilibrium. (Allow 1hr, £45)


The Receiving Eye:

Sacred oils and herbs are used to anoint and awaken the crown, first Sephiroth of the tree of life on the body, according to ancient qabballah. This can be used with either of the above therapies or adaptations of them in order to affirm equilibrium while finding keys and pathways to wisdom. This is a powerful treatment for awakening and soul alchemy. Prior discussion as to its uses and possible effects is necessary and the treatment will not always be appropriate. (In conjunction with other therapies, £10 extra)

Facial Massage:

Using natural, wild crafted, home-grown and organic ingredients the skin is cleansed then warmed with a gentle steam or warm towel before a clarifying mask and soothing massage. An aromatic, gem charged water is used to finish. Facials are tailor made for different skin types. (Allow 1hr, £25/ £35 with Indian Head Massage 1hr)


Decadent Feet:

An inspired and luxurious blend of ingredients goes into a foot treatment with a difference. Including fine fresh coffee granules to exfoliate and combat odour, while increasing circulation and detoxification processes within the body (Allow 30mins, £25)
